Make Compatibility level to 80 from 90 of database property in SQL server 2005
I guess this should solve the error. AX 3.0 is not supporting Database
created with 90 compatibility.

This error appears after the logon screen of Ax 3.0. Once we say yes/no, it
keeps on giving different errors.
I guess, this would be possible to use SQL server 2005 with Ax 3.0. Please help
me to get rid of this error.
