[Axapta-Knowledge-Village] Access rights needed to run alert email job

Hi all, I'm trying to run alert by e-mail using batch job. It works perfectly when I run it using my account, because I have admin rights. The problem comes when I try to run the batch using another user which is non-admin. The batch won't run. I suspect this is caused by insufficient access

[Axapta-Knowledge-Village] Update remaining quantity in PO

  Hi all,   I've got a question regarding function Update remaining quantity in Purchase order.   There are Purchase quantity and Inventory quantity. Could anyone please explain to me what's the difference? What does Inventory quantity for?   Thanks,
