SQL_Latin_General_CP850_BIN is a binary sort and comparison collation,
and so not supported by Axapta!
The Install
Guideline states:
Creating the

SQL Server 2000 introduces the
concept of collations, a collation being a predefined combination of character
set and sort ord
That is (unfortunately)
the only solution. As this is a pretty time consuming task it may be easier just
to create the web forms from scratch. This of course depends on the number of
forms to convertJ

Maybe the IIS is not configured correctly for ASP apps.
Try the following:
Backup default.asp
Create a new default.asp with the following contents:
<%
Response.write "Hello World"
%>
Do you get a "Hello World" in the browser or the 404 error?
