[Axapta-Knowledge-Village] Preventive and Breakdown maintanance Maintanance

Hi,
Can anyone suggest me how to go for a mapping of Preventive and 
Breakdown maintanance other than using the service agreements in AX 
4.0SP2 The scenario is @45 machines preventive machines are to be 
planned daily 1 machine a shift and Breakdown maintanance in case 
occures. Do i have to go for customisation or any ready method 
avalaible if so can any inputs b given to me
