[Axapta-Knowledge-Village] Payroll calculation form error

Hi, I installed Payroll standard patch on Ax 4.0 SP2. When I tried to open the form I face a problem Error: Method 'CalcStart' in COM object of class 'PHR.calcs' returned error code 0x8013150A () which means: Requested registry access is not allowed.   If there is a solution please help.   Regar
