[Axapta-Knowledge-Village] How to update ledgerTrans table field txt from Inventjournaltrans

Hi All,

We have a client who want to populate the Transaction text field with the item 
number at the time of posting movement journal.updating ledgerTransTable from 
inventJournalTrans table.

Any idea how can we do this?
