try deleting any of the customizations of the var/bus layer while you are in
USR layer.
This is how ur customizations are beneficial. No one can remove them without
having the right codes though they can use the functionality.

Please check if your DB instance is in the same domain same as the AOS
machine.
Also check the user id of the install if it is an admin in the domain and
also a valid user in the DB server.
If you can detail out the steps in install perhaps it will give a better
understanding.

What i understood from the problem is that you have configured 2 instances
set up and wish to access them from the same client machine by pointing to
the right instance via the client config utility.
However it is going to the same instance all the time even when u specify
the port number
A 3 certifications are ceasing to be valid from Oct 1 2008 onwards...by
the time Vista is accepted as development environment OS...the
certifications will be of no use
Its time to take Ax 4 certifications...

Hi,
I am facing a strnge poblem with Ax 4.01. Some of the foms open and juct
close automatically.While other custom forms are opening fine only a couple
of them are behaving like this.
If any one has seen such a situation please help,
