[Axapta-Knowledge-Village] Ammendments?Archiving a Purchase order

Hi all, Can any one suggest me as to how to archive a Purchase order. My intention is to retain the orginal document and modify or ammend the order with the revised value/quantities. The user should be able to see the orginal order at any point of time. Thanks in advance  Regards, Venkat Func
