[Axapta-Knowledge-Village] AOS Stops Immediately After Starting

i am working using 2-teir environment, and every thing is ok , but when tring to run AXAPTA Object server, it is stopped immediately without giving any error messeges. i am using AXAPTA sp5 and windows xp sp2 have any one encountered a similar problem? kindly update me
