We have these 2 check boxes on the dimension group. I generally 
understand that this means you are allowed to not enter this dimension 
on a transaction. 

But despite having a blank receipt or an issue I have had transactions 
ask for the concerned dimension when I posted say a purchase pack slip 
or a sales pack slip.

what is the essential significance of these 2 fields. Under what all 
circumstances does Axapta allow to not enter a blank receipt or issue. 
please explain.
