Hi Kumkum,

The only difference from Private and Shared projects is, if you use shared
project every developer can see and use your project. If you use private
project, only you can see and use this project.

If your project is private and you drop it to shared projects, this project
"moved" to sharing projects.
If your project is shared and you drop it to private projects, this project
"copied" to sharing projects.

If you develop projects within a big developer team, using shared projects
is useful. You must be careful when you change shared project, because
everyone's project will be changed. But if you are alone, no difference to
use private or shared..

There's nothing anymore about this property, I think you know all of this
information but everything is only this :)
