I have a setup workflow and it is working exactly the way I want it to work.

1. Configure an email template (Basic Setup Email templates)
2. Set it up on the 'Settings for Workflow' form (Basic Setup Settings for Workflow)
3. Make sure the email parameters are set at Administration Setup Email parameters)

I mean whenever a task is assigned to a user or a notification is sent
