I often do this by writing code in .NET to export data to a CSV file and then write X++  code to inport that csv file into Axapta.
You can find the code of inport csv file into Axapta by go to this site of Harish http://www.harishm.com/  
Another way is to export data to XML file and use class XMLDataImport class of Axapta to import data.
