Hi Arun,
  I had faced similar problems. The issue is that your AD policy does not
allow you to create shared folders or share folders on your laptop. Check
with your AD Admin. When this tool is installed, it creates shared folders.
Now since this is not being allowed by your local policy, the installation
fails.
