[Axapta-Knowledge-Village] Production module (Route) link - type

Hi all I am little bit confused in link type in the Route In the link type I have 2 options soft link and hard link And in my operations I have defined 1 primary and 2 secondary In this case how to define hard link and soft link can any one explain in this case as example? Thanks in advance
