Hi... Once you have created an alert in the system you need to associate them with Batch Job. create new Batch job say Alerts. Go to Basic- Periodic -Alerts - Change based alert. select Alerts in drop down and click OK. so this batch will be added to batch list. Now goto Basic - Periodic -
