While the situation we experienced is not ideal, and may not have
matched the experience of others, I have managed to show proof of
concept that the merging is possible (recovering the most critical of
data loss).

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone has any information to help resolve this
issue.

Recently we had a database crash due to corruption. We found out that
the database backups had also been corrupted for the previous several
days, as a result we restored a database that was missing several days
worth of live data. Since that time, people have added records and we
have managed to correct the original corrupted database.

Does anyone know if it is possible to merge the data, i.e. recover the
data that was lost, if so how?
