My thanks to Anders re explanation of Job Scheduling Date. I guess
it was always probable that Default Values was the villain here, but
for some reason I found it so illogical
I am now interested to know what practical issues arise from trying
to make use of date carried in "Default Values

The value proposed on the Job scheduling form is gotten from the default values
(aka SysLastValue) and can be set per user. It can be set manually by clicking
on the "default values" button on the job scheduling.
