So, is it mean that Axapta did not support Clustering like SQl server does

Yes, that is the way it works, as I understand it. SQL Server
cluster is really just a hot standby. If the first server goes
down, all clients loose connection. The 'Client' in a three tier is
the AOS box, and all users are dropped.
This may seem to limit the value of clustering, but it
