looks like a character field has all numeric digits. use excel text
() function to format the field. it should work.

Pl. check the followings:
1. Mismatch of data types (exmple characters in data
filed)
or
2. If the file size is huge, try to import partially.
Please dont go by error message. Sometimes, it will
mislead.
