I work at Microsoft Business Solutions in Redmond. There are 4,850
Axapta customers wolrdwide with multiple installations in India, but
off the top of my head I don't know the largest single
installation.

I have read a case about the implementation of Axapta at Rostelecom,
Russia. They say they have around 110 offices and 2500 PC (sometimes
they say 2500 named users) from which they can work with Axapta. They
have access points in 72 towns in Russia.
