He will be able to access it. The DCO user is a named user and will not have a
problem. You will need a SQL license for him, though.

Ok, now suppose that we have a 50 users advance management and 10 DCO licenses.
At the time where we have all the 50 concurrent users on line, one user with a
DCO license tries to access AX, will he be ables to or not as we have reached
the 50 full user license?

Yes, that is correct. You need to be on Advanced Management to purchase DCOs.
In addition, if you want something beyond the Employee Role, you may have to
purchase Vendor, Customer Roles, etc.
