Please help as once against Axapta has left me baffled and confused.
Ax 3, SP3, automatic reservations
I have a situations where a sales order was created for an item, the
order was then deleted (now in the voided table). The line was also
delete. However, the item is still reserved. I can not remove the
reservation, and when i look at the transactions of the item, it
says that it is physically reserved for order X. When i go to order
order X, it is blank (as it is sitting in voided table).
the problem is that the client can not sell any of his on-hand stock
as it appears to be reserved...
I not sure the exact steps that the client did to get to this
situation, the above is the only thing that i know.
We run a consistency check with no luck .
Please can some one shed some light.
