HI,

I would like to send the PO using EMAIL as well as FAX.
I am using Axapta 3.0 SP3. 

1. EMAIL :

 what are the nescessary setups are to be made for sending EMAIL?. 
Actully, we are using Citrix inetrface?. when I try to send email, 
its saying the " Microsoft Exchange Server" is unavailable when I 
tried to set my outlook EMAIL server address. 

2. FAX :

I don't have any FAX icon. How can I send PO using FAX?.
do we need to use any thrid party faxing software?
