[Axapta-Knowledge-Village] Transfer Orders

Hi, how we can stop users from creating,shipping and receive update a transfer order in a certain period?? stopping the period didnt work, still able to create and updat/ any advice?

Any one has any idea of how to generate an xml copy of Transfer order using AIF Or specific actions that can be specified for that purpose in Endpoints.As i have tried by posting it but it is not generating any output i am not sure if i am using the right action service for that.
