I am working on technical aspects of Axapta. I am using a form from which i move to some other form using menuitembutton. I want to show some data in the called form datasource field based on some query at the time of form load.
I used element.args().record() to get the data from the calling form, I want to show this data in the datasource field of called form. when i use simple string field it shows the data, but in the datasource field it does not show the data.
Is it possible to create a baseenum at run time and store the data in it based on the query in the init() method abd attaching that base enum to some datasource field.
How is it possible, Plz help me in this matter.
