Hi Hennie Check if the specific voucher u are trying to reverse is "marked" again (the red hand) in any GL or Payment Journal lines for settlement and left unposted.(applicable in case there was partial settlement done before on the same voucherand the remaining is settled again). The error will not occur if such multiple settlements are posted. Hope this helps.
I agree with David that deleting records from a table is no solution. If you see that Axapta does this but still gives you the message below then it is a bug. However when you start deleting transactions in tables; you are asking for problems and this should never be considered a solution. Many tables are updated with a single transaction so when you start deleting from only one table you are affecting the integrity of the data base. The records do however exist in table.CustSettlemen t but never go through to SpecTrans regardless of the fact that I tick the records on the Closed Transaction editing form. The result is that I cannot reverse any of the settlements. It keeps saying Voucher ' ' does not exist. > > Does anyone have any idea how to solve this? > > -* > Hennie Potgieter > Senior Business Analyst > UTi SUN Couriers Division > Centurion, South Africa > Cell: 0829208315 > mailto: [EMAIL PROTECTED] .. > > > > > Sharing the knowledge on Axapta. > > > > ------------ --------- --------- --- > Yahoo!
