now we are using the
standard Axapta CRM. We update from 2.5 to 3.0 and the reason for the problem was
the
assumed method “showname”
from 2.5
Now we could saving the
name.

I never experienced this problem and am still able
to create a new
business relation including saving its name.
Do you get an error message? Are you using the
standard Axapta CRM
module, without customizations?
