Is branch a different AX company or they all work in the same AX company? If different AX company you can add a field to the companyinfo table for user limit and then just check this against how many users are in that company at login I guess even if they are all in the same Ax company you could add a field to each employee or userinfo record stating which branch they belong to and during login sum up the number of online users in each branch The exact place to put such code in the login I am sure there are others who can advise...
