I am wondering if that is some type of bug. If you try to reschedule a locked
order (or its jobs), it will not let you.

Locking is not done from the Dispatch form - it is done from the production
order itself. Once locked on the order, a message is thrown if you attempt to
re-schedule the order. (I haven't identified a way to just lock one job on an
order).
