i think i made a little mistake.
Configuration is not a storage dimension and you can not
check/uncheck "physical dimension", it is in fact always on so it always should
avoid go negative (ofcourse if in inventory model group phys. neg. inventory is
on then everything is ofcourse poss

It is not a bug.
For the batch numbers system is not considering the dimensions like
configurations for the stock checking.
Does the Negative inventory parameter checked on your Inventory Model Group?
