Thanks Anil, I am looking for a full revision solution whereby the user has to submit the revision and have it approved etc before it impacts the system. I have some ideas of how to do it via the user creating new sales orders and these impact existing sales orders once approved. The main issue I have is the prospect is project based so trying to lock down all the possible ways of changing things on a project is far more challenging than just locking down a sales order :) Thanks James

But ass far as I know there is nothing like revision order. I did one such modification, if user modify Price or Quantity on a SO or PO he/she has to enter reason for that. We maintained a Log for this activity.
