The solution for your problem is very simple.
Go to Administration Setup User Relations Add user in Overview tan
go to web site add EP web site site group as visitor.owner or member
depends on permission.. I think this may resolve the issue.

This is of course the way it is set up, both for the
users that can see everything and the users that can not.
I'm still stuck, so I'll appreciate any other things you can think of.
