To enter the absence registration you have to do the following : Either this -             Individual absence entries : -          Assign an Absence Setup for the employee for whom you want to enter absence journal. [This is done in the Employee form under the Employment tab page] -          Login as the employee who is in charge of the assigned Absence Setup. [login’s are assigned to the employees in the Employee-General tab page] -          create absence journals from Periodic -> Mass Creation -          Login as the employee to whom you want to enter the absence and then make the entries. It will work. Or this - Multi absence entries : -          use the Multi-registration option to enter absence to the employees. Only employees with Absence Setup defined ( as explained above) are available.   Regards, Suresh.
