Thanks for the prompt explaination.
 
I tried what u said by going to select button. But i am not able to select any voucher numbers, but could manage to select Journal Number instead and hence i could retrive the required journal.

Nihar,

This function is used to load already posted GL transaction vouchers
into the journal, for example if you want to do reversal of a posted
journal entry.

In the dialog box, if you click on the select button, you normaly
choose the voucher number that you want to load into the journal.
