Here is the best thing you should do. Remove the modification you made to the inventTable FORM. Go back to the inventTable TABLE and expand the Field Group node. Look for the identification group and expand it. You will see all the fields from the form listed here. Drag the new field you adde

[Group:Identification]. Add your field to this group at Inventtable, and
you'll see the field without changing the form.
