Rocco is right. We also had to buy the license for Database Logging (Administration->Database log) to monitor the changes. Its very useful. Recordinfo is not very much useful.

System which works well in telling us who changed what and where in the system.,
otherwise enable the Created by and Modified by date stamping from the table
