There are 3 combinations
1. You have setup a specified a static plan and a dynamic plan on the master
planning parameters:
in this case you can run net change only for the dynamic plan.
2. If you have setup the same plan for static as well as dynamic then u can run
net change for the dynamic plan (which is the same as static plan)
3. If you have not setup dynamic plan then you cannot run net change at all.
the update type in this case is internally changed to regneration.

Hello All,
The function to run Net Change, net change minimize methods are
disabled while trying to run Master scheduling, I can run only
regeneration method.
Any body knows the reason behind it.
