What is the difference between a apple and a pear (Both are fruits)?

Sorry – It’s not possible to make a 1:1 comparison between the 2 products.

I might be wrong in the following:

Ax is better when it comes to many users 200+

Ax is better for production.

Nav is faster when it comes to reporting

Nav is more stable

Nav have better documentation

Regarding future.. It’s hard to predict but as it is now, Nav have the
largest user base whereas Ax have the ‘latest’ technology.

I would say that Nav is dead within the next 7-10 years J

But you never knows, the timeframe for XAL and Nav was also 3-5 years when
Damgaard and Navision merged ‘way-back-when’

Emne: [Axapta-Knowledge-Village] AX vs NAV

What are the differences between Dynamics AX an NAV?

What are the advantages one has over the other?

How different are they to implement?

Which one has a more promising future?

Thanks for your insight.
