is not really a reference to a chunk but noweb thinks it is
and the standard (designed in) behavior of noweb when it
finds such an "undefined chunk" is simply to omit it. This
breaks the Axiom code.

By the way, I just discovered the zwiki property max_anonymous_links
which may help with some of the spam on mathaction. I see though that
mathaction is running zwiki 0.36. It looks like this feature was added
in 0.41.

Cool! Thanks Bill. I actually hacked up my own version yesterday
which might be a little simpler for our purposes, but I've yet to test
it on Windows. I'll upload it to the wiki this morning - I THINK this
version should work without trouble on Windows or Linux, but I'll feel
better if it is con
