Arthur, I've rewritten newhyper.pamphlet to use the new output format from axserver.spad. Now the basic command pages show the input command as well as the output exactly as before. But the new pages, like Integer, only show the mathml output.
I still have to build and test a release of Axiom that has the new axserver.spad and http.lisp but once it builds and passes tests I'll post the new hyperdoc pages.
