[Axis2]Code Freeze for 0.94 Release

I would like to propose that we freeze the svn code starting from hour 0400 GMT Monday (2nd October) . Please refrain from commiting in new features during this period, and stick to Jira fixes, bug fixes and memory leak fixes. thanks, Dinesh ---
