Priority: Major (was: Critical)
This is not a blocker for Axis2/C and so I'm downgrading the priority. We don't
have immediate plans to introduce Unicode Support for Axis2/C since this
involves a huge amount of work. May be we can support this in the Axis2/C 2.0.
