It'd be great if we had a schedule for the 1.5.X release, including
Rampart, transports, and any other essential components. The original

Currently only snapshots are available. The following things need to
be done before releasing 1.0:
- Put together a Maven site for the project and make sure there is a
minimum of documentation.
- Fix some of the remaining open bugs.
