"setenv.sh" can't work well in Cygwin environment

When execute "java2wsdl.sh" and "wsdl2java.sh" script, a "NoClassDefFoundError" 
error occurs because of a wrong "AXIS2_CLASSPATH" configuration.

To fix this error, I modify the script "setenv.sh" with following:
