Improving SOAP Fault classes

Make the SOAPFaultException interface to handle the SOAP Fault better so that
it can be used to extract information once we creating the SOAP Wire message.
Make AxisFault also implement from SOAPFaultException allowing the handleFault
to work with ease.
(This is just to make sure we do this correct once we have the time to fix this)
