Updates to dynamic proxy, added new functionality and refactored ProxyHandler
code. Also created ProxyDescriptorFacotory and ProxyHandlerFactory. I have
added test case for Proxy invocation and updated maven.xml so jaxb schemas are
generated at build time.
More functionality in Proxy to come.....
