I've attached a WSDL file that is loosely based on section 5 of the WSDL
specification (on the MIME binding).

I was wondering if we could add a new method to the AxisServiceConfig
interface. The purpose of this method would be to return an
java.lang.Object[] that contains the parameters to be given to the service's
constructor.

If I wanted to embed Axis into my program and make it available to the
public, which nightly build would you recommend to use? Or should I just
stick with Beta 1 (March 19th version) ?

Could someone check-in the tt-bytecode.jar license? I know it's a BSD
license, but could the specific one given by the tt-bytecode author be
checked-in?
