Hello,
how can I get the directory to which Axis 1.4 caches received attachments? In
the server-config.wsdd there's a property attachments.Directory. But how can
a client get that directory? Is there any possibility to read the server-config
from client side? And is it possible to change that
Hello,
when Axis receives attachments they are temporarily written to the hard disk.
After some time they are deleted automatically. Is there a possibility to
define the time to wait until the files are cleaned up?
Thank you in advance.

Ist Ihr Browser Vista-kompatibel?
Hello Thilina and Jochen,
I don't use Axis2 but Axis 1.4. There the attachment files are obviously
cleaned up after some time. That's my own experience and that is also written
in Fear of Attachments from Steve Loughran [1] on page 5: Attachments are
saved to memory if they are small (under
Hello,
how can I get access to SOAP attachments with streams? I want to create an
attachment part with a data handler that has a stream as data source.
Do you have a code snippet that demonstrates this?
Thank you in advance.

Hello,
when I send a soap message with a big attachment from one web service to an
other web service and then try to access that file in order to send it to a web
service consumer, then the file is not available (input stream is null). But
when I debug, the file is available. So I guess that

Hello,
unfortunately I don't know how web services work with php, but it looks to me
that the web service only accepts one parameter ($part1) but you invoke it with
two parameters ($a and $b). Could you or perhaps someone else check whether
this is a possible reason for the error?

Hi,
the wsdl is only shown if you use the RPCMessageReceiver. For the
RawXMLINOutMessageReceiver it doesn't work.

Hello Shantanu,
I just had the same problem. But then I realized that in my wsdl the style was
wrong. After setting it to document, the stub worked alright.

, it is possible. See http://www.wso2.net/kb/90 for an example. AAR
is needed for say hot deployment (add / remove services w/o bringing
down the server) and for service isolation (different aar's can
contain different versions of the same jar) etc...

Hello,
is it possible to deploy web services using Axis2 without creating an aar?
If this is not possible, could you please tell me what are the advantages of
the deployment with an aar as opposed to the deployment process of Axis 1.x?
