i can only find Axi2 up to version 1.0, but cannot find Axis 1.3
(which is used by the wsdl2java plugin).
Why is the latest Axis2 V1.3 not in the public repos

i assume, this is an easy one for you:
I want to setup a basic Maven2-based Axis2 project from scratch. The core
structure is
given by the following projects:
1. a project to generate the aar-jar which contains the generated
stubs/skeletons for the wsdl-file via the m2 wsdl2c
ework expects those declarations during
code
generation and in my opinion it would be a good coding style to include
the
expected soap-parameters as part of the service contract.
